Braised Quail Eggs with Pork Belly 

Components: 500g of chunked pork belly Ten boiled and peeled quail eggs Three tablespoons of soy sauce Dark Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons Two tablespoons of sugar One tablespoon of oyster sauce Three minced garlic cloves Two-star anise One stick of cinnamon One cup of water


Directions: 

1. In a pan with hot oil, sauté the garlic until aromatic. 

2. Evenly brown the pork belly. 3. Add oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and black soy sauce and stir. 

4. Include water, cinnamon, and star anise. Bring to a boil. 

5. Simmer for 40 minutes on low heat with a lid on. 

6. Cook for ten more minutes after adding the boiled quail eggs. 

7. Serve with steaming greens or rice.
